Free SEO advice - see your listings climb

Easy to implement free SEO advice

Free SEO advice that's proven to be worth it's salt
is hard to come by. Sure, you can join forums and glean info from them that you may find useful but rarely will you find advice that's simple to learn and implement.

At Clickpower we make sure all our clients receive our free SEO advice and tips regularly. Most of our clients are small to medium size businesses with easy access to the website or to the designers that look after it for them and for them this approach works incredibly well.

The SEO advice that we give you is borne from the real world and experience that only 100's of No 1 positions can bring. So, when we say "do this" then
if you follow the advice to the letter you'll see your rankings steadily climb.

However, please remember that no SEO solution can be guaranteed - ever. We need to be crystal clear about that and you need to understand what
it is that you're actually trying to achieve when you act upon the free SEO advice that we give you.

Think about it for a second, you as an individual
are trying to cause a positive effect on a 3rd party (Google) via your actions. You have no control over that 3rd party so in no way can you guarantee the result of what you do.

All you can do is do what experience has shown to be right, do that consistently and have faith that by doing so you will see a positive effect.

But guarantee that? No way. It's because of this
fact that Clickpower is an advertising agency and
not an SEO company. If we can't guarantee what
we do then we would rather not offer a paid SEO service at all.

However, the wealth of knowledge and experience we have on SEO we're happy to share with all our customers on a free basis.

Let's get to the good stuff and give you an example of our SEO advice - we're not going to share all our secrets with you, but you'll certainly find this useful...

Free SEO Advice - Tip 1

Let's say you're building a new web page for your website that you want to rank high for under "digital scales" on Google.

Your starting point is always naming your page, right? In this case the name should be digital-scales.html not our-scales.html or scales.html - if you want to rank high you've got to make sure Google can clearly see what your page is about and that always starts with the name of the page.

Now look at the pictures you're going to use on the page, you'll need at least two. One you'll name digital_scales.jpg with the other digital_scales.gif. Make sure you use the Alt Tag on each picture and write it as "digital scales" and then immediately behind the Alt Tag place a Title Tag too (this should also read "digital scales"). Your line of html code for the first picture should then look like this:

<img src="images/digital_scales.jpg" alt="digital scales" title="digital scales"

Did you follow that tip easily enough?

If so, you'll find our advice easy to understand and even easier to implement. Yes, you'll need to have some basic web building skills but only enough to be able to understand what the last tip was about. If you did then you'll find our free SEO advice a breeze.

We keep things very simple and our advice always explains why you should do certain things, as well as how to do them. Over time you'll soon learn that building Google friendly web pages is really all about common sense and building them in a consistent way, following the same rules each time. Our free SEO advice is available to all our clients so call us on 0844 243 0085 or email us here to become a client and get started.
